Rady a tipy na seznámení

You've packed up a few personal belongings, said goodbye to longtime colleagues, and closed the door forever after one stage of life. Even though you may have been looking forward to retirement, suddenly you don't know what to do with your free time? Are you starting to fear emptiness, boredom and loneliness? How to survive in retirement and not go crazy?

Plan
Get a diary and start planning. Write down all the birthdays and holidays of your relatives and friends, make an appointment for a massage, a pedicure, go through the program of theaters, museums and cinemas. However, don't forget the time reserved for rest and relaxation.

Take up hobbies
In retirement, you can finally have enough time for your hobbies and interests. If you've been involved in hobbies before, you've won. If you didn't have much time for fun and your own interests, it doesn't matter. Try to think about what you would enjoy. It can be anything - from collecting coins and stamps to various creative activities, traveling to sports or tourism. You can then share your passion with like-minded people. You can join the club of collectors, travelers or passionate hikers.

Learn something new
Browse through the list of courses offered by leisure centers in your area. You can also find a lot of educational videos and courses in all possible areas on the Internet - gardening, DIY, foreign languages, cooking, exercise, photography, painting and much more. Thanks to them, you can learn a lot of practical things and acquire new hobbies. Universities of the third age also offer a wide variety of educational programs for active seniors.

Visit friends
Don't wait at home by the phone for someone to call you or come to talk. It's better to pick up the phone yourself and arrange a meeting with friends or family. You can also suggest regular joint activities - how about going out once a week for a cup of good coffee at your favorite cafe? If friends live far away, at least call or write them regularly.

Move around
Try to do sports and spend time in the fresh air as much as possible. You don't have to go down the slopes on a snowboard or run a marathon. Go for at least a short walk every day. You can take your partner, friends or even a four-legged pet with you. Movement will charge you with a positive mood and energy, and it will also strengthen your health.
